Life Stage & Transition Support
Support through important changes and stages of life, focused on planning, confidence and personal goals.
Personalised, individualised disability support across Western Sydney and Inner West Sydney, built around the person, their goals and the life they want to live.

We are committed to delivering respectful, person-centred supports and working with participants, families, carers and Support Coordinators.

We believe every person deserves the opportunity to live with confidence, independence and a genuine sense of belonging.
Limitless Care Group was founded from a genuine passion for supporting children and young people living with disability and helping them recognise what they are capable of achieving. We believe disability should never define a person’s potential or limit their opportunities to grow, participate in their community and live a fulfilling life.
With more than five years of hands-on experience supporting people with disability, including individuals with complex support needs, we understand that meaningful support can never be one-size-fits-all. Every participant has their own strengths, personality, preferences and aspirations. That’s why person-centred support is at the heart of everything we do.
Quality support isn't about focusing on limitations — it's about recognising potential and creating opportunities to live life without limits.
Our experience has primarily been with children and young adults, and we warmly welcome participants of all ages.

Good support happens in real life — at home, out in the community, while learning new skills and while doing the things a participant genuinely enjoys.

I started Limitless Care Group because I've always had a genuine passion for working with people with disability, particularly children and young people. Over more than five years of working in disability support, I've had the opportunity to support people with a wide range of needs, including individuals with complex support requirements.
Those experiences taught me that good support isn't about doing the same thing for every participant. It's about understanding the individual, building trust and helping them work towards the things that matter to them.
“That's the approach I want Limitless Care Group to be known for — genuine relationships, individualised support and helping every participant recognise their potential.”Nidhin ThampyFounder & Director · Limitless Care Group
